iRO works, but WITH stuttering

i got this to work with a bunch of stuff installed in the same bottle, ie6 sp1, direct runtime. the said dlls.
and after fully patched, it ran fine.

but it has stuttering, which kind of annoys...
any one got hints on how to make the game graphics flow... instead of stutter.

btw i have a 512mb dx10 nvidia card, so its not a low system => the game,as is, stutters!
