hey, i just installed my iro. but there's a problem. when i launch the client. the patcher can't connect to file server. please help me.. i can't find any solution on google.

Please do the following:

1. Open Terminal (in /Applications/Utilities).

2. Carefully copy the following command, paste it into Terminal, then press return:

if [[ -d $HOME/Downloads ]]; then cd $HOME/Downloads; fi; ftp ftp://patch.1.online.ragnarok.warpportal.net/patch/2012-4-23data_gm.gpf

3. When the command has finished executing, press command-A, then command-C to copy its output.

4. Paste the output in a reply to this post.

Does the updater fail on a different file each time?

What's the file name of the installer you used to install the IRO client?
