Hmmm....
How can one tell if QuickTax needs an update? Our installation is not asking us to update the program, but maybe it cannot communicate with the mother ship. Our last attempt at NetFiling was simply explosive, so we have some doubts about external connectivity.
The update from within Quicktax doesn't work.
I went to the quicktax site, and downloaded the update manually.
Then used the cross over installer to "install" (actually just run) it.
It found the existing QT 2003 and updated it OK.
