Quicken 2018 for Windows is now released, Any luck installing and running on crossover?
Quicken 2018 is not currently working in Crossover. We are aware of this issue and are working on getting to run. If you want be notified when it is working submit a ticket https://www.codeweavers.com/about/contact-us#support and asked to be added to Bug 15581 so that we can notify you once Quicken 2018 is working.
Any new progress on Quicken 2018 support?
I get Quicken 2018 to install using a Quicken 2017 bottle. Seems to install mostly. However, it gets stuck on the Quicken login by asking for an activation code -- I purchased direct from Quicken, so it doesn't need an activation code. Stuck here on what looks like a Mac window for login, and not a Windows window like expected

I have the same behavior. Using v17 beta 7.
Hi! Just bought Quicken 2018 Deluxe because I really hated the way 2017 Deluxe looked and 2016 Deluxe was starting to be problematic.
I've upgraded Crossover and my Mac. All latest software and patches.
2018 Installs- sort of. Won't launch. I've tried it several ways [25 years in QA] but can't get it to open.
Back to 2017 :( so ugly.
I hope we will get bug fix SOON!
ANY NEWS ON THIS!!?? My 2017 Quicken app did not work well. Need the 2018 patch asap :(
We have just released CrossOver 17.1 for macOS and Linux, which includes support for Quicken 2018! Thank you for your patience as we’ve worked to add this version.
Mac customers with active support entitlements will be upgraded to CrossOver 17.1 the next time they launch CrossOver. Linux users can download the latest version from http://www.codeweavers.com.

What installer do I use for Quicken 2018? I'm using the new Crossover v. 17.1. I've got the CD-ROM in my CD reader. The closest I get is for it to say The ‘<cxaiemedia.AIEInsertMedia object at 0x666cc10>’ task failed. - Unable to find installer file in '/Volumes/Quicken'. It tried installing, but then failed.
I just installed Crossover 17.1 and tried to install Quicken 2018. It won't install. In either a new bottle or on the existing one, it laboriously installs .NET and various other Microsoft stuff, then starts to install Quicken. It errors out with "Error code 1603".
An error has occurred while installing Quicken. Sorry! We have to close down the installation process. Check the permission level of the folder where you are attempting to install Quicken and also check if you have sufficient free space in the drive (up to 450 MB, up to 1.5 GB if .NET not installed. Error code: 1603
I'm installing in the default location (C:\Program Files\Quicken) on a drive with tons of free space. There are no errors in the installation logs.
Installation is from the CD drive (/media/mah/Quicken) in a Win 7 32 bit bottle selecting Quicken 2018 from the available applications. Software is Quicken 2018 (not Deluxe or Premier.) My Linux is Ubuntu 16.04/3 LTS 64 bit. Quicken 2015 (Premier) runs fine (in a different Win 7 32 bit bottle.)
Help?
My installation got stuck when trying to install .NET 4.6.1. After 15 minutes of no progress, I canceled the installation and restarted it, using the same bottle. Manged to get to the Quicken installer finally, which went through and fixed the .NET 4.6.1 installation (or claimed to, anyway). After that, the installation claimed to complete successfully, but Quicken throws a "Program Error" when trying to start.
Ubuntu 18.04 beta
Win7 bottle
I tried to replicate the failures you are seeing using Ubuntu 18.04 Beta and CrossOver 17.1, but I got Quicken 2018 to install and launch correctly. I would suggest trying the installation again in a fresh bottle. Depending on your internet connection, among other things, .NET installation can be quite slow as well. If you are still encountering problems, please feel free to contact our support team using the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page.
Thanks,
Anna
Iterated with support to get this fixed. Solution was:
Run "/opt/cxoffice/bin/cxfix --auto" as root
Clear cached downloads in Crossover Preferences
Install Quicken 2018 in a new bottle
Hi, Have your issue resolved or not? If no, try to uninstall the Quicken files and to fix the installation issue download &install QcleanUI software to fix the issue.
Hope this will help you. Let me if the issue resolved or not?
