Using Quicken Mobile with Quicken 2014

Then, within Quicken you must set up Mobile & Alerts properly with the accounts you would like to sync. If your information is not correct in the "Mobile & Alerts" section it will not work.
Understand that our in-house testing of this feature works. We have no control over the Quicken 2014 mobile app and we do not provide support for it. If it is not working for you, please check the "Mobile & Alerts" section within the Quicken application, verify that you are using the correct Mobile App (It must be "Quicken 2014 Money Management") and verify that your Quicken Cloud account is syncing properly.
Please also note that not all accounts are eligible to sync for mobile access.
