Screen Resolution is blurry when running quicken

So, when I first installed quicken, it came up with a warning that I needed to adjust the resolution settings or something to that effect, along with the minimum resolution settings suggested. However, I am not sure how I would modify it, given that the only issue is the Quicken screen itself. Any suggestions?
