Anyone having issues with reports running properly (my standard budget report shows the budget, but not the actuals), and empty drop down menus (the menu icons are there, but not the words, and since Quicken duplicates icons, it gets confusing...)

I don't have that problem. In fact, the only problem i have with Reports is the inability to print to a PDF file (running Mac)
For Mac OS X you can install something like CUPS-PDF / PDFWriter which acts as a printer. Then you can choose that faux printer from programs running in CrossOver.
