If so, is there anything that can be done about it? Also, I am noticing that in this version, some of the windows put up by quicken are too large for the screen and they cant be resized.
Thanks,
H

Haven't heard reports of either of those. Try deleting Quicken 2012 and reinstalling it under Crossover 13. It could be some old cruft in the bottle causing it to act weird.
Thank you very much Andrew! This did the trick. Not only did it speed up the logging in, but also eliminated the problem with crazily sized windows popping up (e.g., the account list) that I could not close.… 😀

I spoke too soon, now it is back to taking several minutes to boot up in Crossover. Is there some startup screen that could be gumming up the works?
Turns out there is a window at startup that says "get Quicken 2014 for the new year. I have closed that with the red button, twice now, but it still comes back. I wonder if that is what is gumming up the works??

The Quicken 2014 window is in fact causing the problem. Shut that down as for the prior version tips, and you should be good to go!!
