Just purchased a copy of Quicken 2006. Installation went fine. I installed it over a previous copy of Quicken 2003. Q2006 recognized the old installation, uninstalled it and installed Q2006. Holding the CTRL-SHFT keys down bypassed the registration issue and everything seems to run fine.
Q2006 retained all of my previous settings (passwords, accounts, and on-line log-in data). So far so good.
