I installed Quicken 2k6 Deluxe successfully to a win98 bottle. Installing to a win2k bottle failed.
Where should I send the log file to for analysis?

great that it installed ...but how about the rest? did the program actually work well? any problems? able to download bank info? import data? etc
Install went ok.
As I stated, there is some test missing from some screens, such as the registration screen. I won't be able to complete the registration process.
Downloads go ok. My bank doesn't support direct connection for getting updates to the register, and I don't have any cleared transactions yet this period to try a qif or web connection yet. I don't like downloading past statements when starting over fresh since it always seems to get too messy to deal with.
I'll try to put some stuff up on my work ftp..screenshots, etc.
I fixed the registration issue by installing Q2006 on a Windows XP box and then copied the whole Quicken directory from the XP box to my \.cxoffice\bottle-name\drive_c\program files\Quicken\ directory. It now doesn't ask for a registration. I don't know what file holds this information so I had to copy all files. Make sure you have a good backup of your Quicken data files from cxOffice 4.2 though.
One more thing I forgot. Don't do the update until after the install is complete.
