Quicken 2004 on MacOs Monterey & ARM (M1)

Hi. My first time using CrossOver, and I suspect I've chosen a hard path by using it on a MacBook Pro with the ARM chipset. The installer/bottle for Quicken 2004 throws up two errors:
1 - Unable to find an installer for TrueType font: Arial in '/Users/paulkilkelly/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/Bottles/Quicken 2004/dosdevices/c:/users/crossover/Temp/tmpf6ssfgh2'
2 - The ‘Installing Quicken 2004’ task failed. The installer has exited but Quicken 2004 does not seem to be installed.
I'd be grateful for any pointers please.
PS. I have Parallels, and used to run Quicken 2004 on Windows 10. However, Parallels on the new Mac only runs Windows 11, and that is refusing to install Quicken 2004 (just tries to run the Windows Installer whenever I try to run the Quicken setup)
PPS. I did finally get Quicken 2004 to install on Windows 11 without a problem. Turns out I was using the wrong copy of the disc all along..

Hi Paul,

I've the same setup as you (Monterey/M1) and have this working 100% by installing it as an unlisted application into an XP bottle and manually adding the Arial fonts.

Fire up "Install a Windows Application"
Type in "Quicken 2004" but select Unlisted
Next and select your installer .exe
Now click "Select Bottle" at the top and change away from the default (I see Win 7) to XP instead.
On the final "Install and Finish" don't do Install yet - first do "Edit Install Options...", on "Items to install:" click the + and type in Arial, add both Arial fonts. Now do "Done" then "Install".
You should now see two Arial font installation windows then the normal Quicken install dialog boxes, answer as you normally would when installing on Windows but at the end of the Quicken installer UNTICK "Launch Quicken 2004 when I finish" - then let Crossover finish doing its stuff.

Hope this works for you.

Cheers,
Jon.

Thanks Jon! I'll give that a go.
