I installed it without a problem. Here is what you need to do:

  1. Use wizard to Install Internet Explorer 7 normally in an XP bottle
  2. Then install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 in the same bottle
  3. Now install QuickBooks 2005.. if the CD does not work you can download it from the company and use your key:

http://quickbooks.intuit.com/downloads/2005/quickbooks.jsp

I didn't test this thoroughly. I basically just started it up and created a business and then went to add a user and that was it. I don't know if printing, saving, etc. works.
