Quickbooks 2002 Multi-User

Hey, I hope you guys can help.

We have a Quickbooks 2002 Database installed on and old NT box. We transferred the data to a new machine with Server 2003. Multi-user was working fine when running from the old NT box. Now when multi-users try to get to the data from the Server 2003 machine, it comes up and does not allow mult-user usage. Anyone have any ideas what we need to do to the data, clients, etc?
