PLEASE HELP I CANT GET THE GAME TO PLAY

I have followed all of the instructions except downloading Quicktime 6 because I can't find a way to. The intro movies will now play... which is fine by me... The first screen will load and then after I choose my character it says insert disk, but the disk is already inserted! What can I do?
