PyLotRO Forum

Ever since the new patch for Isengard has been released, I've been running into all sorts of problems. At first, LotRO wouldn't patch at all, the same issue with one of the other forums

(Unable to connect to patching server)

After managing to successfully patch everything, i tried to log in normally. it accepted my username and password but went straight FINISHED on the output screen.

I thought this may be a problem with PyLotRO, so i reinstalled it, but ran into the same problem. Can anyone help with this?

This is an issue with lotro rather than pylotro and it seems to only affect some people, the the lotro section here for possible solutions.

I am having the same issue.

I reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable and it fixed my problem. :)

I installed Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 and it solved the problem.

Like I said this is a problem with lotro, not pylotro. As such I will lock this thread.
