I have CXG 9.2 version and in the medal it says it's gold for 9.0.Also I run a Snow Leopard Macbook Pro. I bought this game with a GOG special for $2.49 and it install perfect and it starts perfectly but after I create my profile and the game starts with the little fat character saying something to the campers in their bunk room the sound just bugs out and it only says the first word of each sentence. After that it just makes this weird noise which can only be taken out by pressing ESC. I missed the first explanation of the game from the janitor guy. Is there a fix for this problem?

Could be a problem with your openal library. Try overriding openal32 to native in winecfg.

How do I do that?

Go to Configure and select Manage Bottles

Select the bottle where Psychonauts is installed
Select 'Control Panel'
Launch 'Wine Configuration'

Select the Libraries tab. Type openal32 in the "New override for library" edit field, click the Add button, click the Edit button, select "Native (Windows)", click OK, and click OK.
