Not dead, just empty 8)

Now doubt Sony jumped up and down about it (like they have
done in times past with other PSX emulators)...but still....;

The site is back up, apparently there was a server crash and the author didn't have time to fix the site till recently. http://psxemulator.gazaxian.com/
