Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Forum

Started with a new XP bottle. Had to install the game by pointing CXGames to the Setup.exe and got an error about being unable to write something with ActiveX. Figured out the copy protection error.

Program starts but then I get the "Unable to find valid display mode." error. Happens with running CXG with a virtual desktop and without.

Googled around a bit and couldn't find anything that successfully addressed this. Any ideas?

Feed us a bit more info please...ie; platform/OS version, videocard (and if applicable video drivers)
and of course the exact version of crossover you are using. There's a bit more info over at winehq...see;

Hmmmm...if you could, grab a debug log as well and hoist it to a free public repo (rapidshare or such)
and post the download URL back here so I can look at the error...
