stopped working

2 days ago, PokerStars stopped working under Crossover 6.1. Poking around revealed several possible problems, so I did a completely new download and install of Crossover, then downloaded PokerstarsInstall.exe, then tried to install.

oops.

All I see is "installation failed - here's the log" and "log file is empty"

Help!
