Known not to work in Crossover 11.x

PocketBible 1.0 is known not to work properly in Crossover 11.x - the installation succeeds, but the program fails to launch properly due to the use of file-locking functions that aren't fully implemented in Crossover. There aren't currently any additional dependencies or packages one can add to overcome this issue.
