Works perfectly and very smoothly with just one issue:
I can turn on fullscreen or I can turn on 3D acceleration. If I do both, the screen breaks up / displays unscaled and with the mouse cursor offset from the system's mouse position..

One thing, in case you haven't tried it: try setting it to full-screen with 3D acceleration and then exit the game. It might be that it works properly if it starts up with those settings already set.
Good idea but it's the same result. Can you suggest any registry tweaks for the bottle that might help?
