Windowed game freezes graphics if window is not moved

When playing windowed mode with 3D acceleration enabled, the window seems to freeze on an image, and does not refresh or show animations, while the cursor seems working fine, activating on the expected places and accepting inputs. When moving the window, the image is refreshed (p.es.: if I clicked where the menu button should have been, nothing is shown, but when moving the frame updates showing the menu opened)

This does not happen if fullscreen is enabled, or 3D acceleration is disabled. It seems to be peculiar of a window with 3D enabled.

(I'm still a little uncertain... Should I open a ticket for this problem?)

Also tested it here! If you have Compiz / Graphical effects activated, you have to disable them. Alternativley you easily can make a virtual desktop with 800x600 and toogle Fullscreen in game on!

The bad thing by the solution with the virtual desktop is, that the game will not halt if you click it e. g. to the tray ...
