I get the same mouse jittery problem using Crossover version 13.1.3. Tried everything I can think of. The game runs great on my 2012 rMBP with decent FPS. The only problem is the crazy mouse jitter problem.
This bug appears to be fixed via a patch located here - https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32913
Hopefully the patch will make it downstream into Wine and finally into Crossover.
