Hi,
I successfully installed Picasa 3.9.0 using CrossOver 11.3.1 on Arch Linux.
However, when the application starts, is crashes a few seconds later and a Picasa dialog appears:
"An error has occurred in Picasa. This application will close. Clock 'Send' to send an error report to Google or 'Don't Send' otherwise. Click 'more' for details on what this report contains."
More only shows a link for a binary dump file. I can provide this file, if necessary.
I have the identical problem on Kubuntu 12.04(64 bit).

Picasa is pretty much broke with Crossover these days. You can no longer log into Google services. Picasa 4 has been rumoured, but considering the push to Google Plus and web based apps, I don't think it's going to happen.
