Picasa seems to be working just fine under the new crossover for OSX. It's a bit hung up on importing my photo library but that might have been a bad idea anyway as it creates it's own database and I have LOTS of images.

i just tried to install picasa 2 with crossover for mac and almost nothing happens. the Activity Monitor shows wineloader and wineserver for a few seconds and then they disappear. what am I doing wrong?
I was able to spped up directory bbrowsingg
by choosing only Y:/path_to_my_pictures_folder i
I still cannot use the internet features that are BADLY missing to me..
I tried to install ie6... on the same bottle .. with no result
Perki
"network features" will work If you install ie6 and picasa2 in a win98 bottle.
But for un unkown reason Picasa only work in "English" on win98, If I setup crossover to lie
on the windows version (XP) for picasa2.exe then I can change the language of picasa but no more "network fetures" anymore.
Thanks so much for providing Crossover Mac! I can't believe that I can finally use Picasa 2 on my MacBook Pro! :D

Linux version of picasa...
The linux version of picasa runs under a google version of wine. Will the install clobber anything crossover office has done?
