The program installs but fails to run. This is the version of phreeqcI has the Windows interface, not the batch version which is available in Linux, Solaris and Windows.

The authors of the program say that MFC42.dll is required to run but can not provide it. The XP verios does not work. Win98 version is untried.
Can this capability be provided in Wine?

CrossOver knows how to download and install that version of MFC. It's listed if you allow CrossOver to show "service packs and dependencies".
