Can anyone really run this game on a Mac?

I can only install it personally, I can't start it at all and keep getting errors.

I saw earlier reviews that it was playable, but in reality it couldn't be launched at all, even with D3DMENT and ESYNC enabled. I was misled into purchasing the game's CDK and couldn't get a refund, which made me very angry
