Chinese Arphic Font Package

When i try and download Jade Dynasty all is working good until it tried to install somethings called Chinese Arphic Font Package, then everything freezes up and it stops downloading. Any ideas why?

i know this was brought up in a earlier post, but how do i get it to continue downloading?
