As many people who use crossover games has this problem no solution has been found that i've looked for.... when updating from tideborn to genesis expansion it randomly stops says it failed then Restarts the DL and the same part not sure how to fix this hoping to get some solutions here .. Please help D:

I had a problem with the update too. Tideborn worked fine, but since the update it stops on the loading screen and just freezes up. I checked all of the settings, they were not changed in the update, so I'm not sure what the problem might be.

I just downloaded the game yesterday for the first time, it crashes with the patcher.exe file. It seems that the patcher.exe is the reason it locks up. In my case, it seems to load, with a nice picture, but then the screen goes black... with a single white line like this.. | .... Sort of weird.

So I have no idea what the game is like....

I'm having problems with PW as well. After patching Genesis, when I try to run the game, I get the first loading screen, but then the whole screen turns white and nothing else happens. Then when I try to quit the game, I get a "program not responding" message. I've also gotten the patcher.exe error ever since upgrading to version 10.0.1 Crossover, but it didn't stop me from playing PW Rising Tide. I only had problems after the Genesis patch.

I'm so glad I'm not alone in my patcher.exe frustration! Just to let you all know, installing it again 7 different times doesn't help. :)

I have the same problem. I get the annoying white screen after PW loads. Anyone know if there's any way to fix it? Does codeweaver know this is happening?

As an official supported title, you -should- be submitting a support ticket about
this issue (or just email info@codeweavers.com instead). That way, the problem will
definitely be noticed, and your voice(s) will added to the same ticket or bug that
might be present here =)
