Peggle Extreme full screen is unplayable

Installed the free Peggle Extreme game under Steam using Crossover Games 8.1.4 on Ubuntu 8.04 with NVidia 195.x drivers.

It defaults to full screen, but displays (on my 1680x1050 screen) in lower left quadrant. Even worse, the buttons display offset (left and below) the point on screen where you can click them, so it's mostly unplayable.

Solution/workaround: specify "-windowed" (without quotes) in the launch options for Peggle under Steam. I left 3D acceleration unchecked, and everything seemed to work fine, including various animations. Tested all levels.

Suggestion: Please default the Peggle setup to -windowed in launch options so that at least it's playable. Without this it's Bronze or worse, with this it's Gold plus.

Hi there,

This is not a big deal, but your information here

should be recorded on the C4 Peggle Extreme page for the
Steam release of this title (which is a page that does not
yet exist ;).....but not on this page, which relates to the
Steam release of Peggle, not Peggle Extreme...confused? (8

I actually crossed swords with Peggle Nights a few hours ago
(hint: head on over to popcap.com and you can get a free copy
of that peggle title at the moment ;)....in the same regard
...ie; it had a C4 Steam entry but no entry for the standalone
exe you can download from popcap - Peggle Extreme is the other
way around - there's a standalone exe C4 entry, but no Steam
based entry...

I'll see about getting it straightened out and a C4 entry spun
up for Peggle Extreme (Steam) as well - be aware of this, in case
you want to add anything to that page when it appears...

Cheers!

edit: actually, this page -should- be a Steam specific page;

http://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name/?app_id=5096

It doesn't seem the standalone of Peggle Extreme exists (anymore?)...
...I'll get that changed to a Steam entry..
