Anyone try dial up?

Anyone try using dial up connection to remote controle a pc? Every now and then I have to use PCAnywhere to Dial out to a client site and remote controle their pc. It would be too much of a pain to have all of our customers reconfigured to use dialup networking and VNC or Remote Desktop.
