Experimentation on video settings

On my M1 Max Studio, I'm currently running FSR with sharpness turned all the way up and it looks great, though the game sacrifices visual fidelity to keep the frame rate higher when in combat with many mobs. Has anyone done extensive testing to find the best combination of video settings and performance?
