PasswordSafe crashes after closing

I'm using CrossOver 10.1.1 with PasswordSafe 3.26 on OSX 10.6.8. Whenever I use PWSafe, upon closing, I have to Quit Crossover and restart it and PWSafe to get it going again. Pretty much unusable. Any ideas if I'm doing something wrong?
