After installing PaperPort 9 as shown in the "Details" tab here, no scanner appears. My scanner is an HP Officejet 6480 wireless model.
What OS do you use? What version of CrossOver?
I am using Ubuntu Linux 10.10 with crossOver Std 9.2.0 on an HP dv9610US notebook.
Is this forum being monitored? Please respond to help request for Paperport Pro 9.0.
Does Ubuntu linux see the scanner?
And yes they are monitored but not many people have Paperport9. There are only two advocates, and the medal breakdown has it rated on a Mac so YMMV on ubuntu.
If you are a costumer I'd recommend you open a ticket since that is the official support, these forums are for unofficial or peer support.
