Paperport 12 Forum

My version of CrossOver for Mac has been updated to 11.0.3, and my ranking of Paperport 12 remains Bronze. The most obvious flaw is that although I have two scanners that work with Mac OS X applications - one of which I've used with Windows computers - Paperport 12 running under CrossOver 11.0.3 for Mac doesn't recognize that there are scanners available. Therefore, I can't scan directly into Paperport, but there's plenty of functionality available for organizing and processing files that have been scanned.

My recent ratings for Paperport 12 have been Silver. See Tips & Tricks for how to get rid of the Docucom watermark and indirectly scan documents into Paperport by using Image Capture.

Now, I seem to have access to all of the functionality that would be available to a Windows Paperport user, but I'm not rating the application Gold because I can't scan documents directly within Paperport.
