Running Palia through crossover

I downloaded Palia through my Steam bottle via crossover but everytime I try to launch the game I get an error message that says: "Assertion failed!" then lists a file location then says "Expression: "!status && "vkCreateImageView"" "Press OK to exit the program, or Cancel to start the Wine debugger"

I am not a super savvy computer person and have no idea what this means! please help!
