To run Pajek on macOS 12 Monterey:

1) Download the the Pajek64 bit installer zip from http://mrvar.fdv.uni-lj.si/pajek/
2) Unzip it and move the Pajek64 contents folder into the <Macintosh HD/Users/yourname/Applications/> folder (NOT the <Macintosh HD/Applications/> folder)
3) Run CrossOver and install the Pajek.exe file from inside the Pajek64 contents folder, using the Windows 7 64-bit Bottle.

This process desn't seem to work in the subsequent version of Monterey 12.3.1. In this case:

1) Download the the Pajek64 bit Install Shield from http://mrvar.fdv.uni-lj.si/pajek/ to your downloads folder. This is a single Pajek.exe file.
2) Run CrossOver and install the downloaded Pajek.exe installer file from within the downloads folder, using the Windows 7 64-bit Bottle. Make sure any previous bottles containing Pajek have been deleted from within CrossOver, and make sure that the new bottle is titled 'Pajek64'.
3) Click 'OK' through the sequence of Pajek installation dialogues, permitting installation in the default folder location. When the CrossOver installation process is complete, there will be no Pajek launcher icon in the Pajek 64 bottle.
4) Click the 'Run Command' icon from within the Pajek 64 bottle, and navigate to the Pajek.exe file in the default folder location at <Macintosh HD/Users/[your name]/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/Bottles/Pajek64/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Pajek>, then click 'Open'. (NB. This is not the Pajek.exe file in the downloads folder.)
5) Click 'Save Command as Launcher' within the Crossover 'Run Command' dialogue. This creates a Pajek launcher icon in the Pajek64 bottle, which is saved as a Pajek.app file within </Users/[your name]/Applications/CrossOver>

After this, you can launch Pajek directly from the the launcher icon with the Pajek64 bottle.
