How to get a 64 bit Windows 7 bottle?

Overwatch can only be installed from the battle.net application.
Overwatch requires Windows 7, 8 or 10, so I made a new Windows 7 bottle to install Overwatch into.
I tried to install Overwatch but it tells me I need to have a 64 Bit OS to install the game.

How do I set my bottle to 64 bit instead of 32 bit?

I also need this answer

I don't think Crossover supports 64 bit bottles yet. But I could be wrong.

I tried to get it going in a base WINE install on Ubuntu 16.04.

I installed the Microsoft Visual c++ 2005 and 2008 run times.
I installed and compiled the fonts.
I installed the battle.net installer
I was able to install Overwatch from within the Battle.net installer without it complaining about 64 bit.
I was not able to get the game to launch without crashing though.
The game produces a page fault on launch. I am guessing that this is caused by D3D11 not being fully implemented in WINE or Crossover yet. I am still investigating though.
