The program installs perfectly "out of the box". When I tried to launch itguru.exe, I got the following message:

I ran winecfg and set the Operating System level to Windows 98, relaunched the program, and it opens and seems to run fine.

I haven't tried running it as win 98 nor ME, but for me worked fine as win XP and 2000. Even more, I haven't changed anything from the default config and it goes fine, as in windows.
