Opera 12.10 can't access network

Installs flawlessly but can't access network.
Any ideas??

I created a CrossTie for anybody that wants to try it and see if they can figure out this mysterious network issue. 12.02 worked without issue. This new one can't find the network and I'm not sure why.

This seems to be a bug within Opera. Bug Report has been filed.

Opera 12.14 still has the network error problem.
