Installation of owb 1.1.3 fails for some reasons

Hi,

the setup program tries to get some kind of language setting, it stops with "Internal Error 2739. GetUserLanguage". Some time ago I have found a posting in the Forums of OpenWorkbench about this, there was something mentioned like unpacking the installer and starting the .msi file directly ore the like, but the posting disappeared somehow, when they changed their site. Or maybe I am to lame to find it anymore... Has someone read this and can remember what to do?
