Nikon Capture 4.4.0 installs but doesn't run properly

Using a Win98 bottle under Crossover 6.1.0 professional I managed to install Nikon Capture 4.4.0. Still there is a problem with the CMS color profile ("The imaging engine could not be initialized. Please check the CMS Profiles in the Option dialog. [...]")...
