i installed every aspect of the game fine under crossover, but when i try to play it (menu comes up, and i click play game), the load screen with the eye comes up for about 30 seconds, then the game seems to shut down with out actually bypassing the main menu in the game. if anyone has had, or knows how to aid this issue, please let me know. thanks a lot
Have you tried moving to the 1.68 patch? I thought I had a similar issue before I patched but I'm not 100% positive.
Are you talking about the first menu--where you click to play or update or use the toolset--or the second (where you would start or load a game). I had a really, really long load when I clicked play from the first screen. I thought the computer had locked up. But it appears to be some kind of glitch with loading the intro movies. When I hit "escape," it went right to the second load screen. I was able to create a character and play the first part of a module with no trouble at all.
