So my friend currently has the wildy sword 3. He does not have it keepsaked, however when he tries to unkeepsake anything, it is destroyed. When he tries to unkeepsake anything, this message is given I have not done the wildy tasks yet, and when I try unkeepsake anything, I receive the normal message. My friend lost a yellow partyhat to this bug, and it seems to be an issue with any item he has keepsaked. This video shows this bug happening where my friend is unable to unkeepsake his items.
