NWN2 has no Screen Resolution options available on Macbook Pro 16"

I used Crossover before on a Macbook Pro 2011 17" and had options galore.

Now, using a new-to-me Macbook Pro 2019 16" with a Radeon 5500M GPU and the latest version of Crossover, I get NO OPTIONS!

Anyone else see this, or have suggestions for a solution? Is it maybe because my laptop has a ridiculous resolution of 3072x1920, and NWN2 / Crossover cannot utilize this resolution?
