Need for Speed Rivals failed startup

I am using crossover mac version 15 on macbook pro 13 inch retina display.
i installed NFS rivals. When i launch it, the NFS rivals logo appears in the dock for a few seconds and then disappears. The game does not start. Plz guide me.
