Installing into CX on a Mac from a hybrid CD - sorted mounting, help installing?

[CX Games 8.0.0 Mac OS X 10.6.2]

Normally when I insert a hybrid CD the Mac HFS format session mounts, so the 9660 session, which holds the Windows installer isn't available.

I used the MacOSXHints.com hint about how to mount the Windows session of a hybrid CD to mount the Myth II cd.

When I tried to install it into an XP bottle, the installer complained that I need Service Pack 3 on XP to run Myth II. When I tried to install into a Win98 bottle, on launch I get a message "Myth II does not have enough free memory or swap space to launch." I see that's a problem with machines with > 1 GB of memory. The Project Magma Myth Patch (which presumably fixes this?) doesn't install in Windows 98.

So, back to the XP bottle, installing the Project Magma patch succeeds, but Myth II fails to launch. Any suggestions?
