I am using "Myst die trilogie" and it just installs with no problems with express install.
you can run it right out of the box. The only issue is, that whatever display setting you choose with virtual desktop or even if you deselect virtual desktop. In all cawses you get an 800*600 window of the game.
Edit: Its fixed in 8.0. It works now as it should (Gold)

I believe that is the resolution of the game.
When I was testing the game with cxg 7.1 I had issues with the resolution too. It seem that the games resolution is 800x600. But in my tests the program always resizes the screen when it starts and resets it when it finishes like is should.
