Continued testing with above install. Found that only printing invoices does not work, all other printing (report, cards, etc) does work! A work around to print invoices is to choose "Send to --> Disk" on the Invoice entry screen and save it as a PDF file, and then print that out. It still a pain in the arse though.

Anyone care to help?
