MYOB Tips: for known issues (CodeWeaver on macOS)

Please refer to Tips: for workarounds discovered for the three issues which remain unresolved with MYOB Accounting.
CodeWeaver have tested other versions of MYOB, and were able to replicate, but not resolve the issues when running MYOB under CodeWeaver on macOS BigSur.
